You've seen that look. You've told someone who's been around a few years what you want, what you're going to do, and they give you that almost-smile. Sometimes they nod, but that's all. They know better, you see. They could tell you not to do what you've got in mind. Instead, they give you that look. Because they know that no matter what they say, you’re going to do it anyway and that you’ll learn better and faster by experiencing the fallout yourself, so they don’t say anything. This is wisdom, or at least a piece of it, and I wanted to catch that look.
