Experimentation can happen many different ways when one creates art. Sometimes my inspiration is technique-driven. More often my muse is emotion. This time, it was the interplay of line and semi-abstract shapes that fascinated me.
No matter which path I pursue, though, everything seems to pass straight through my the heart to my brush to the paper. There’s always a lot of me in each painting.
